My name is Andrew Kooner and I started my company with one thing in mind: to bring decades of professional boxing and fitness knowledge to the public in a fun and dynamic way that incorporates all of the specialized technical and body training of boxing, with broad strength and cardiovascular workouts.
Kooner’s Boxing offers a wide range of flexible and tailored exercise programs for all fitness and experience levels including the signature BoxFIT class, BoxFIT bootcamp, Kettlebell Boxing, traditional boxing, one-on-one and group personal training and corporate wellness packages.

Whether you want to work out of your condo’s gym, your home, or feel like getting some fresh air in a park or green space during the warm spring and summer months, Andrew will bring the exercise to you.
