My name is Andrew Singh Kooner and I started my company with one thing in mind: to bring decades of professional boxing and fitness knowledge to the public in a fun and dynamic way that incorporates all of the specialized technical and body training of boxing, with broad strength and cardiovascular workouts.

Kooner’s Boxing offers a wide range of flexible and tailored exercise programs for all fitness and experience levels including the signature BoxFIT class, BoxFIT bootcamp, Kettlebell Boxing, traditional boxing, one-on-one and group personal training and corporate wellness packages.
