Boxing for At-Risk Youth and Bullying

Boxing is a great way to channel aggression in a healthy and productive way. Boxing teaches discipline, the importance of being dedicated and working hard.

Bullying has become a major concern in schools. This behaviour can cause students to suffer from depression, anxiety, and behaviour problems.

As a teenager, Andrew faced racism and bullying. His mother put him into boxing and that shaped his life. Developing positive attributes and being able to defend himself, improved self-esteem and confidence. Now, with a more disciplined approach to life, getting better grades, making friends, being respectful all while building confidence and discipline.
